Rugman Newsletter Questions

New Terms and Conditions:
1)

SAS is showing a 120 day cookie??

Is this right? Prices were in the last datafeed.

Exactly how does it show as a sale in SAS? Will it show as "Processing" when ordered?

Got it. Will review with Rugman.

The terms stuff ( 1, 2, 3) are typos and will get updated asap

The phone tracking will be automatic and reported to sas and we will set up a test area so affiliates can see the sas id number...

Will report on progress soon....

Good stuff Andy. Once those typos are fixed and we get to see the phone feature working (shouldn't we be able to see it just like a consumer would), I'm ready to turn my traffic knob up a lot.

1) go here: http://www.rugman.com/site_index.html, bottom of page
2) navigate to your Rugman.com affiliate links
3) click to the rugman site using your SAS affiliate link
4) refresh the page http://www.rugman.com/site_index.html
5) you should see your affiliate ID

There is a link from the home page that CSR use to guide the customers to that page so they can identify the affiliate ID.

If a consumer goes to the home page, clicks on site map link, to get to that page, they go here:

not here:
http://www.rugman.com/site_index.html

and there's no phone code displayed there (1).

There were other options discussed but this is how they decided to implement.

That looks a little hard for the custormer to find.

I see a link for speaking to someone and it brings you to AliveChat on the line right above.
