My CJ Rep is trying to schedule a call for me to talk to ebates. They want to tell me how they changed and that we should go back and let them as a partner.
Do you know what's the status with ebates currently? Are they still seeing as a bad thing by other affiliates? Thanks |

Forget what they are doing and/or not doing now or in the past or in the future.
Just ask yourself this: "Do I TRUST them?" There you will find an easy answer. |

Ask them how they add value when they pop on a customer who is already on your site.
Here is the scenario: Customer infected with eBates is shopping, clicks on your PPC link to your site. Once they get to your site, eBates pops and sets a cookie. How is that any kind of adding value? You are now paying the PPC cost as well as the commission to eBates. Only merchants who are foolish or ignorant would partner with eBates.

skuba, what merchant are you the affiliate manager of? Seems to me if you're going to put that title on your posts then you should probably also let us know which merchant you represent.
