Sounds like a problem with commas.

Yes Sir, most_logical, somewhere, somehow ... but raw data has nothing but a single digit value in the respective field. Everything under $1k seems fine

cozy, I brought it up to ShareaSale's attention 3 hours before you posted this here. Brian assured me that they are looking into this. My original feed has it all right and you may review it yourself at:

http://www.russianlegacy.com/catalog...shareasale_new

So the problem happens when the feed is imported on SaS' end; and they told me they are working on it. I'll post here once everything has been resolved. I've noticed that the same error occurs in the GoldenCAN prices of items priced over $1000. I'm sure Brian will get this resolved shortly.

It seems a little strange that the same thing is going on for 2 recipients?

Geno

When you look at the raw feed, there is a comma in the 4 digit dollar amounts and the file is listed as comma deliminated, so it is stopping after the first digit.

I just looked at the raw feed using your link above.

Did you view it through Excel, Judi?

OK, that makes sense. But it's still pretty clear what's happening if you look at the raw feed. Either it should NOT be comma deliminated or the dollars amts should NOT have commas. This could be a pretty expensive issue with it only affecting things over $1,000.

I did view it through Excel. Sorry I missed that question.

Would that distort something?

Never mind. I thought it's an Excel thing (inserting those commas after the first digit in 4 digit numbers), but just opened it using a Notepad and saw the same thing... Let's what to hear from ShareaSale. They may have a solution for this.

I don't know what application you use to create the feed, but fixing the commas would be easy in Excel. Then you could resend. Since I don't know the particulars of how you prepare the feed I don't know the options. It might be a real simple fix.

Yeah. I guess, I'll talk to my coder about this. It's a PHP script that generates the feed. He would be the one to talk to...
