The Affiliate Marketing Managers will grow revenue and new customer acquisition through the affiliate marketing channel.

The position requires strong analytical and online marketing skills, solid interpersonal communications, account management, and business development skills.

ONGOING email & PHONE CALLS TO ALL SUPER & UPCOMING AFFILIATES IS ESSENTIAL!

Top Responsibilities:
1. Research existing & new affiliates and and execute recruitment plan
Develop & manage promos for current affiliates to increase active affiliate base & volume/value of transactions
2. Manage all communication with affiliates, including product updates
3. Test, identify and implement highest converting offers, creatives and landing pages
4. Coordinate technical integration and creative needed for adding new products to affiliate program
5. Daily Monitor of the affiliate network your assigned client is signed with be it Commission Junction, Linkshare, erformics, ShareaAale, share results, Direct Track, etc) and internal tracking and identify/resolve any discrepancy issues


Experience:
Candidates must have experience in Web Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
2+ Years Experience in Affiliate Marketing
Strong analytical and marketing skills and understanding of search engine marketing
Experience with HTML, Photoshop, & other Web tools.
Creativity, tenacity (ability to overcome obstacles), entrepreneurial drive
Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
