Hey Guys,

I'm currently trying to fill my old position at a personal development company. The requirements are that the person must be able to handle:

Managing affiliates
1st/2nd tier PPC
Online CPA
Banner Advertising

This is a 100% commission based job requiring about 20 hours a week, so if you do a great job, there is plenty opportunity for income.

The company sells ebooks and DVDs on meeting women in bars and clubs. It's a very fun industry. The affiliate program is based with Direct Track and is just starting out, so it will be your responsibility to recruit a solid base of affiliates.

You can work from anywhere, as long as you're dependable.
