I don't get why merchants that don't track properly terminate affiliates. I mean aren't they cutting off their source of free traffic? Talk about the ultimate insult, they steal your sales then boot you for no sales. Go figure!

So I have recieved the email in the response to the 2x transactions -

Am I correct in saying they showed you returned an item that you didn't?

Nope.. I did 2 test transactions, one was totally completed with me picking up the order @ the store.

While the other one I canceled after 2 days waiting to see if it shows anything on the CJ reports.

Meant to give an update about this but forgot about it. Best Buy eventually replied and verified it as a valid affiliate order and gave me credit. No reason was given as to why it didn't track.

Reason I remembered now is because Best Buy did not track again. Items shipped back around the beginning of December and I sent them an inquiry a few days after that. It's been 2 weeks and they still have not replied back.

I've had several other merchants on CJ and through other networks track fine for the past couple of months.
