We placed an order on NFL Shop early 7/28/11 and it has yet track.

Yes, once the product shipped on 8/4/11, a week after ordering, I received credit.

That's with a lot of merchants. That's why it's best to start these kind of threads after you received the merchandise and you still didn't get credit in your account.
