Repeated Trademarked bidding - Sent email two weeks ago informing him that I was changing his commission level to 0% until he had removed all the illegal ads

Sent second email reminding him of his current lack of commission on all referred sales, after he delivered two more sales from these ads.

Checked today and he is still bidding on our trademarked terms.
