We noticed that the publisher Ourvalley.com was bidding on restricted terms (common misspelling of our TM), using our exact ad copy and linking directly to our home page, which are all violations of our T&Cs. The ad was in Google and it appears they may be utilizing day-parting. This publisher is active in both CJ and Performics (not sure about other networks). This publisher has been removed from our program.
