Reputation ROI, Inc. (CJ publisher) was caught bidding on restricted (and TM) terms in Google on 7/3/2008 and using our domain as their display URL. This publisher also excluded California (AutoAnything and CJ are based here) from their campaign which indicates they are aware this violates our PPC policy and they didn't want to get caught.
This publisher has been reported to the network, removed from our program and all commissions have been reversed. We will not tollerate this activity in our program.
