Kimberley is suing Toumaniantz for £10,000 after she paid £55 for 'the graffiti that has ruined my life'.She claimed the Toumanaintz misunderstood her French and English.
She claims she fell asleep while he was doing his work... and awoke to 'this nightmare'.
'It is terrible for me,' said Kimberley yesterday. 'I cannot go out on to the street, I am so embarrassed. I just look horrible.'

No wonder he didn't think there is anything wrong with the 56 stars he did!
(Before it happens ... No, there is nothing wrong with body art if you are so inclined. I'm saying it's incredulous to mistake 3 for 56 and for her to sleep through it all ).

HIM= Voluntarily removing himself from the gene pool, surely no one would marry...that.
HER= Idiot. Looks like a romulan from the new Star Trek movie.

My question: how do you fall asleep during that process?

She fell asleep!!! You can't fall asleep unless you are sedated when a needle is constantly poking into your skin. Just not possible.

Nobody actually thinks that she fell asleep do they?
Either this is a publicity stunt, or she wanted this but then changed her mind after she saw what it looked like.
More than likely a publicity stunt.

I've heard that tattoos on the face are especially painful. Something smells really fishy here with her claims of "sleeping" through that. And 3 sounds nothing like 56, no matter if it's English or French. So, it makes me wonder if perhaps she thought it was cool, but changed her story when family members didn't approve. Hmmm.
My sister was a geriatric social worker before she had kids. Not that she ever had a desire to get a tattoo, but after seeing what they look like on octagenarians, any curiosity she may have had about getting one was gone. They just don't hold up well.

Was wondering the same thing. The answer is you don't. She didn't 'fall asleep', she had to pass out from drinking or drugs. Most likely she asked for stars on her face, perhaps she thought she said three, but didn't. When she was no longer responsive, asleep or passed out, he should have stopped.
There's a lot more to this story than we're seeing right now.

As with most tatoos and/or piercings I've seen my question is always the same:
WHY??????

OK, he's a freak and she's just young and dumb. I remember those days well, fortunately I never got too drunk near a tattoo parlor.

I have no problem with tattoos. But some people seem to go a bit too far for the "norms" of our society. Ocean City, Maryland is in the throes of the June Bugs. Recently graduated seniors (high school, mostly) descend on the beach resort for a week of celebratory fun (many have only two goals in mind - to drink and get l*id).
I spent most of last Saturday and Sunday on the boardwalk with a fellow photographer - for the big airshow in town (starting to post pix here: http://www.octhebeach.com/ocean-city-air-show.html). We also noted the many graduates on the beach and boardwalk. Unfortunately, the ones that looked ready for future careers were in a small minority. We both had the feeling that a lucrative future profession in which to invest is laser tattoo removal.
Please don't think I am against tattoos. Our son and daughter each have a tattoo - and they are both employed in professional careers. Their tattoos are not visible while wearing casual business attire. I suppose my "old" standards are preaching "moderation."

No they don't. Some may.
I don't have any tattoos (yet) However, I think that they are amazing.
No wonder people with tattoos feel like they are not accepted by society (American society)
Pretty sad really.

ROFL!
Don't think he goes on any airplane trips often with the metal detectors at the airports.
I am sorry, but he looks plain ol' ugly and those stars on her won't look as nice years from now... she made a mistake and is now trying to recover her losses. Stupid mistake but don't blame it on the tattoo parlor.

I think they are cute if she could just wash them off and put them on, but not as a permanent reminder.
